Return Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 45 days from the delivery date. If 45 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.  

To process your return, we require your order number, name, or the email associated with your purchase. 

If you’re considering a return because you’re unsure how to use Cozy Curlers, we encourage you to visit our tutorials page or reach out to us for assistance. We’re happy to help!  

Please contact us via email at cl@cozycurlers.com to request a return label. Kindly note that any agreements made via email—such as an extended return period to allow you more time to try your Cozy Curlers—will supersede this written policy.  

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.  

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you paid $34.99 for Cozy Curlers with $4.50 shipping, your refund total will be $34.99.  

Refunds may be rejected for reasons such as: Attempting to exchange items for products not purchased from www.cozycurlers.com. If your refund request is rejected, we’ll notify you via email.  

International customers are subject to the same return policy as U.S.-based customers. Please note:  

• We do not refund shipping fees, taxes, or duties (if applicable). 
• To initiate a return, international customers must contact us at cl@cozycurlers.com for instructions. Only returns following these instructions will be accepted.  

We prioritize hygiene and safety: Cozy Curlers does not sell used products. We accept returns and provide refunds to ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
